Cutting Board Care:

Washing:

• Do not wash in dishwasher
• Do not immerse or soak in water
• Clean with soapy warm water

Oiling:

• When the wood surface appears faded or dried out, it's time to oil! We recommend using 'BigWood Boards Cutting Board and Block Oil'
• Do not use olive oil or vegetable oil as it can go rancid
• Apply the oil liberally and let stand for 10-15 minutes
• Wipe excess oil with a dry cloth or paper towel
